The Turbosound NuQ62 is a highly robust, 6.5'' full-range loudspeaker featuring 600 Watts of power, ideal for a wide range of portable PA applications. The 6.5'' low frequency driver includes a low mass voice coil for improved transient response, as well as an aluminium dome 1''neodymium motor high frequency compression driver incorporated for optimal audio performance. Both drivers are mounted to a rotatable 100° horizontal by 60° vertical dispersion converging elliptical waveguide. The rotating waveguide helps to provide a better dispersion, filling up any space with ease while carrying the sound all around the room. The 600 watts peak power helps to driver the speaker, delivering exceptional power, ideal for a range of live applications.
The compact yet robust design of the NuQ62 includes a 12mm birch plywood enclosure with hard wearing semi matte black paint finish for optimal durability while on the move and for installations. The robust design and exceptional audio quality makes the loudspeaker perfect for both FOH and live installation applications. Multiple internal rigging points allow bracket mount and suspension in any configuration, giving you flexible mounting options for a range of spaces. Designed and engineered in the UK, the NuQ62’s drivers are matched with an internal passive crossover network in the reflex-loaded enclosure for optimal audio performance, delivering a uniformed sound throughout. The powder coated perforated steel mesh grille is backed with reticulated foam for added durability, easily withstanding the rigors of extensive live use and transportation. Additionally, the rear of the loudspeaker feature Neutrik speakON NL4 connectors for reliable long life operation for both the inputs and additional loudspeakers.
