Key Features
The Rock Tom Mesh Head Pack by Gear4music is ideal for drummers who want quieter home practice without losing a realistic playing feel. Featuring three single-ply mesh drumheads in 12", 13", and 16" sizes, this pack lets you replace the tom batter heads on a standard rock-sized acoustic drum kit. The mesh construction significantly reduces playing volume, so you can work on your technique without the noise of traditional drumheads.
Despite the reduced volume, the mesh heads retain a natural rebound and response, helping you practise your sticking, timing, and fills with a familiar feel. They're particularly useful when you need to keep noise levels down at home. Plus, the heads can be paired with additional piezo triggers to create a DIY electronic drum setup. This gives you the option to incorporate MIDI sounds into your kit, making the pack useful for both quiet acoustic practice and electronic drum conversions.
