Key Features
The Chase Bliss Audio Warped Vinyl HiFi Analog Vibrato & Chorus was originally built to accurately recreate the effect of a warped vinyl record, but with developments and other features there is an abundance of other effects this pedal can achieve. Designed with an all analogue signal path, the 'true pitch' is kept, allowing the pedal to achieve a wide variety of different vibratos and chorus. Improving on previous versions, this model comes with a lag knob for lush chorus tones, reduced noise opening the opportunity for more delightful sounds.

The original version of this pedal was designed to accurately recreate the way in which a warped record has unpredictable variations in both pitch and level. Chase Bliss audio have taken this original concept and raised it to the next level, providing full control over every aspect of the sound waves. This pedal offers a brand-new LAG control for a delightful and full chorus sound, with the potential to achieve a brighter and more ‘hi-fi’ sound. The HOLD footswitch gives the ability to manually manipulate the vibrato waves, offering full control of the modulation.
Perfectly combining the worlds of digital and analog, Chase Bliss Audio have tried to guarantee that the pedal possesses high-quality clarity for a true sound. A mixture of an all-analogue signal path that is controlled by a digital ‘brain’ that offers the initial sound-scaping. All the digital components integrate with the analogue signal path but don’t interrupt the pathing of the sound, ensuring that the pedal holds the best of both worlds, maximising the sound with the best of each technology’s capabilities.
With such an array of options to control the pedal, it isn’t exactly straightforward to use, but this isn’t an issue, as its complication stems from offering a multitude of sound sculpting options. A set of DIP switches, which are completely optional, can offer that additional aspect of tonal shaping. It works perfectly fine when ignoring these controls, still guaranteeing whirlwinds of luscious textures.
The Chase Bliss Audio Warped Vinyl HiFi comes with a TONE/RAMP control, which essentially provides a master dial that controls all other parameters, allowing you to dictate how much movement they have within each setting, all under control of the RAMP dial. The expression pedal input can also be utilised in place of the RAMP dial to manually handle the pedals tone, offering a live and reactionary feel to your sound.
Using an external Chase Bliss Audio Modified Midibox (sold separately) allows you to control every parameter of this pedal externally. This is made possible by the use of internal digital components and offers unprecedented control of the analogue signal path, along with the ability to store and access presets. The pedal also allows control over the tempo functions and has a HOLD control for a live manipulation of the effect waves.
