dB Technologies SUB 05 D 15" 400W Active Subwoofers

The dB Technologies series of active subwoofers combine powerful and precise subsonic reproduction with excellent tonal quality. Their bandpass design guarantees a well-balanced sound but adds a few SPL extra compared with regular bass-relfex designs. This results in maximum performance from a compact and lightweight enclosure.

The SUB 05 D packs the kind of powerful, low-end punch necessary for contemporary sounds and pumps out plenty of SPL for live applications.

The SUB 05 D powered subwoofer is equipped with an active crossover which can operate in Mono or Stereo mode, providing all combinations for applications with one or more subwoofers easily.

Lightening the load of the SUB 05 D are digipro digital amplifiers, so your subs are easy to set up and tear down. Particularly useful for those running these subs for live applications. Housed in a premium-quality multi-ply wood with a hardwearing, durable and scratch-resistant coating, this Active 15" Sub also features tough, rugged plastic side panels which complete the Hybrid Enclosure Technology developed by dB Technologies to provide excellent protection for the tech inside.

Loaded with a powerful, custom-engineered 12" woofer and 1" driver that packs a punch, the Opera 512 DX renders mid-range and high frequencies with an authority that makes it an excellent choice for live acts.

The internal DSP serves as an active crossover and controller, splitting and limiting the signal and aligning phases and delay times, giving the Opera 512 DX a perfect balance that ensures your signals are rendered accurately, whether they're speech, playback tracks or live music.

Containing digipro Class-D power amp technology, the 512 DX packs huge performance and operating efficiency, with more than 90 yield.

With multi-functional housing offering many placement options such as stage monitoring and pole-mounting, the 512 DX has a top carry-handle and two side handles for ease of transport.

Rendering speech and vocals with great authenticity, the Opera 512 DX makes a first-rate PA system for clubs when teamed up with a subwoofer such as dB's SUB 808D.
