At the heart of Etude is a Yamaha C3X grand piano sampled chromatically with 12 dynamic layers, capturing smooth transitions across the full performance range. Every note retains its own tonal character, while the multiple velocity layers respond naturally to changes in playing intensity. Despite originating from a 45 GB recording session, the library has been compressed to 18 GB, reducing storage requirements while preserving the instrument's detailed sound.
